Color Your World: Jackson Pollock Inspired Splatter Art (Wooster)

Color Your World: Jackson Pollock Inspired Splatter Art (Wooster) In-Person

Jackson Pollock (1912-1956) was a famous American painter and a major figure in the abstract expressionist movement. He is best known for his drip and splatter paintings. Pollock challenged the Western tradition of using easel and brush and instead used the force of his whole body to paint. Join us outside on the Wooster Library lawn where we will create our own Jackson Pollock-inspired splatter art project.

Wear clothes and shoes that can get messy.

We will meet and craft outdoors at the flag pole.
